Introduction

Thanks to Almighty God that has given his blessing for me to complete this assignment timely. And I would like to say  Thanks to my parents who has given me modem for helping me finish this assignment and Thanks also to Mr.Ir. Aripan Saipulloh.MSR. as the lecturer that always teaches me and give much knowledge about how to practice English well.

This assignment entitled "How to become success and rich" and I realized this assignment is not perfect. But I hope it can be useful for us. Critics and suggestion is needed here to make this assignment be better.

Hopefully we as a student in "Institut Sains and Technology Nasional" can work more professional by using English as the second language. Thank you.

The Preface

For this assignment I would like to explain "How to become success and rich which I learned from story of Marry Riana" Did you ever know Who is Merry Riana? Let's we know Who is Merry Riana from her short biography.

Merry Riana

Merry Riana a Entrepreneurs are women who are successful at a young age he is also a Speaker, Trainer and to those motivators are number one in Asia. Merry Riana which is one of the Enterpreneur and those motivators women this success comes from Indonesia, he was born on May 29, 1980 in Jakarta, Merry Riana born and raised in Jakarta in a family. Parents of Merry is a businessman and housewife. She is the oldest of three brothers. Merry has been in Singapore started after riots in Jakarta in 1998. And the aspiration to go to university in the Department of the School of Electrotechnics the University of Trisakti interrupted because of the incident.

If you think that she has a super rich family who supported her with lot of capital or merried with millionare guy, you are totally wrong !

Discussion of Material

Do you want to be successful and rich?

I bet your answer to that question will be yes !

But do you really know why you want to be successful and rich?

Well if you don't have a firm yes to answer my second question then I suggest that you take a moment to really think about it.

So why must you be successful and rich?

Start with why !

Like it or not, only when you know exactly the "why" will you then eventually find out the"how"

Let me give you this analogy !

Imagine that I have a suitcase for you. Inside the suitcase is $1Million cash. The suitcase is placed in a building that is about a one-hour drive from where you are now.

Here is the deal:

All you have to do is to get to this buiding within the next two hours. If you get there before the end of the two hours, I will hand you the suitcaseand you will be a million dollars riches.

There is no catch, however.

If you are even one second late, our deal is cancel.

One second late and you will not get a single cent at all. No exception !

So with that in mind, what time would you like to start making your way to the building where the suitcase is at ? Most people would respond to that scenario by saying that they would leave right now. Wouldn’t you?

So off you go.

You jump into your car and start driving towards the building.

On the way there you are excited and already starting to plan on how you are going to spend your million dollars. Then, suddenly, the traffic comes to a complete stop.

You turn on radio and find that there has been a series of major accidents on the road between you and the building and there is no way to get there !

Now what would you do? Will you give up and go back home?

Or will you get out of your car and walk, run, hire a helicopter, od find some other way of getting to the building on time?

I’m sure you won’t just give up so easily, right?

Now, let’s suppose for a minute that you are in a totally different scenario.

This time, you are driving to an appointment at your dentist’s office.

The traffic again comes to a stop.

Amazingly, there have been major accidents on the road between you and your dentitst’s office.

What would you do then?

Probably give up, go home and reschedule!

What is the difference between these two situations?

It all comes down to the “Why”

"If the WHY is big enough the HOW is usually not a problem"

Dream Big

So, what the secret in turning your self to become the success and rich people?

The answer is "Dare to Dream Big"

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve"

What are some traits that a person must have in order for them to achieve thier success and rich? There are 3 most important traits:

1. Hardworking

2. Discipline

3. Teachable

Merry is a person who has a strong believe that there is no shortcut to success. If you want to be successful, you need to prepare not only to work hard, but to worl really hard !!.

Follow your heart

"There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs"

One guy told me that he has been considering going into sales for many years and he knew and believed that he can do well and achieve his success through sales, but due to his believe that other people's perception about a salesman is not very good, he had hesitated to do it until now.

Sadly, in life sometimes we make certain desicions which are based not really on what we believe in but what other people think.

You deserve to be successful

"One of the reasons stopping people from becoming successful is that they are afraid to be successful"

You may be thinking in your head right now: "how is it possible that people are afraid to be success".  What is it that they are afraid of?

Some people worried that if they become rich, or, famous or too successful. Then people may think that they will be boasted and arrogant, and that's why they prefer just to be mediocre rather than outstanding.

Finality

Conclusion

Based on the results I have learned, it can be concluded that :

If we want to become a success and rich the first thing that we should have are, know the reason why you should be a success and rich people” after we find the why, than we should have the ‘how”  besides you should have a dream big you should take actions. You should have discipline, workhard, believe your self, focus, don’t ever give up easily. And the important thing don’t forget to pray all the time !.

Suggestion

I realized this assignment is not perfect. But I hope it can be useful for us. Critics and suggestion is needed here to make this assignment be better.
